Frequently asked questions

Each pack is cut fresh and packed as close to the stated weight as possible — usually within ±100g. You pay the fixed pack price shown, e.g. BettaPork chops at $14.50/kg — a 1kg pack costs $14.50. Sometimes you get a touch over, sometimes a touch under — it evens out.

We sell in limited weekend drops — we post on our Facebook page when orders open and when they close. Between drops you can browse the range, but ordering is paused until the next drop opens.

You pay online when you order — card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. No cash at pickup, no chasing payments. Your order is confirmed the moment it's paid.

All orders are free local pickup from the farm — 11154 Dawson Hwy, Dakenba (Biloela). Each drop has its own announced pickup day (this drop: Friday 14 August). We'll message you as soon as your order is packed and ready — please wait for that message before heading out.

Not yet — but it's coming: chilled delivery for areas that don't have a Betta Pork butcher (mostly country QLD). If your local butcher already stocks Betta Pork, support them — that's our pork too. Watch this space.
